ABOUT THE THERAPIST
A graduate of Northwest School of Massage and in practice for eleven years, my skills have been fine tuned as a orthopedic therapist specializing in the treatment of injuries, chronic pain, and physical repetitive stress. I've had a practice for years and was an instructor at Northwest School of Massage. I have worked along-side a number of chiropractors in Seattle and Kirkland, I'm certified in lymphatic drainage, and have a bachelors in psychology from the University of Washington.
Preventative medicine is essential to overall health and quality of life. Medical massage is beneficial for maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle. Massage therapy reduces stress and inflammation and promotes healthy joint range of motion. It's encouraging to help a man in his 70's continue to golf and improve his game, to keep a twenty-eight year old from having cervical fusion, or have a woman in her 50's, who works at a desk, tell me that she has dealt with shoulder pain for years and had no relief before seeing me. Let me attempt to help you before you consider surgery.
